This is a hybrid event. When you register, you will designate whether you will attend in person or only attend virtually. All participants will have access to the event virtually

On-site sessions will be held at the Harris County Department of Education, 6515 Irvington Blvd., Houston, TX 77022

Yes, you can book your hotel room using [Enter Room Block Link]. Reservations should be made BEFORE Wednesday, April 3, 2025. The Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center is a 10-mile drive from the Conference location but has been secured at the GSA Per Diem Rate. The hotel's address is 6633 Travis St, Houston, TX 77030.

No. You will not be required to download or install any software to participate in the 10th Annual Distance Learning & Technology Integration Symposium. However, you are encouraged to download the vFairs mobile app. You can download it (here).

The event is fully mobile-friendly so you can access it on your phone, laptop, or tablet. We recommend using a laptop or tablet for the best experience.

Sessions will be available for preview in early to mid-April.

All participants (on-site and virtual) must identify on the registration form that they need PD credit so that we can collect your PD portal user ID. On-site participants will receive one sheet of the event breakouts and a sticker for attendance when they leave each session. Virtual Attendees will have access to certificates of completion in the PD portal approximately two weeks after the event has ended.
